PARTY AGREEMENT

By booking a party at EC Indoor Sandbox LLC, you agree to the following terms:

• A $100 non-refundable, transferable deposit is required to reserve your party date.

• For the health and safety of all guests and staff, children who are sick or showing contagious symptoms may not attend the party. If the birthday child arrives visibly sick, the party will need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be applied to a new date or used as in-store credit.

• In the event of circumstances beyond our control (weather, power outage etc.), we will work with you to reschedule the party as quickly as possible.

• Party organizers may arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the party to set up. Please limit the number of adults assisting with setup to two. 

• Decorations can be attached to designated areas in the party room or upon agreement.

• Parties must end within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time to allow for cleaning (and the next event).

• Cleaning is handled by our staff; however, we ask that all trash and recycling be placed in the appropriate containers before departure whenever possible.

• The total number of party guests, including both children and adults, may not exceed 40.

• Party hosts are responsible for any damage caused by their group beyond normal wear and tear.

• The party host is responsible for managing food allergies within their group.

• Outside food and beverages are allowed, NO alcohol. Nut-free treats are encouraged.

• Disposable utensils, napkins, cups, and paper plates are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.

• Private parties have access to the full venue.

• Our staff will be present throughout the event to assist as needed; however, supervision of minors remains the responsibility of the party host and attending adults.

• EC Indoor Sandbox staff will reach out to finalize the guest count and optional add-ons about 2 weeks before the event as well as a few days before the party.

• The remainder of the booking fee is due upon arrival at EC Indoor Sandbox LLC.

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT

Parties cancelled or rescheduled within 5 days of the scheduled event are subject to a $25 fee. We’re happy to reschedule your party to the next available date. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. If the deposit is transferred from a weekDAY to a weekEND party, the additional $50 is due (or vice-versa). Any remaining deposit balance will be turned into a gift card that can be used for admission, play passes, gift cards, or retail purchases. Gift cards don't expire. Guests attending may be any age, but must be at least 1 year old to enter any sandbox. Age limits for RC vehicles apply. No pinatas, glitter or outside toys allowed.
